1. Acceptance
By using wixnova.com or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Pause or cancel anytime via your dashboard. No refunds for partial months.
3. Scope of work
Each plan defines the number of active requests and turnaround. Unlimited revisions apply within the original brief; major scope changes are treated as new requests.
4. Deliverables & ownership
On payment, full IP rights to final deliverables transfer to you. Wixnova retains the right to feature non-confidential work in its portfolio unless an NDA prevents it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to brief work that is illegal, hateful, infringing or misleading. We may decline or terminate for misuse.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your briefs, files and product information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are signed on request.
7. Liability
Wixnova's aggregate liability is capped at 1× your most recent monthly subscription fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any billing cycle. We hand over all source files within 7 days of termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved in Toronto courts.
