We share data only with vetted processors required to run the studio — payment processor, hosting, email and project tools — under data-processing agreements.
4. Data retention
We keep client work and account data for the life of your subscription plus 24 months for legal/accounting reasons. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Your rights

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Source files live in access-controlled Figma and cloud storage workspaces.
